Josh Brolin arrested, Josh Brolin was arrested for public intoxication just before midnight on Jan. 1 in Santa Monica, Calif., TMZ reports. According to law enforcement sources, Brolin was booked into jail at 3:02 a.m. and then released at 7:14 a.m. on Jan. 2.
The 44-year-old actor, who is married to Diane Lane, paid the $250 bail and will not have to go to court since he was not given a citation for the arrest.
Sources close to Brolin tell TMZ that the "Gangster Squad" star was partying with a couple of his good friends and simply ended up having "too much fun."
