Kelsey Grammer wants sole custody of his kids from ex-wife Camille Grammer.

The former "Frasier" star has filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court to rip the erstwhile "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star physical custody of Mason, 9, and Jude, 6.
Kelsey's lawyer filed the papers Tuesday, petitioning for the actor to get sole physical custody but joint legal custody of the kids. In the papers, they offer Camille time with the kids during half of the summer and half of winter break.
It asks for the new custody agreement to begin after July 2, a year since Camille filed for divorce, according to People magazine.
Kelsey's camp declined to comment on the issue, with his rep saying, "Any statement would be inappropriate. The filing speaks for itself."
Camille blasted Kelsey's latest move, saying he is "being insensitive to our children."
