FDA & Dr. Oz dispute over apple juice, The Food and Drug Administration and Dr. Mehmet Oz are at odds over the amount of arsenic that is present in apple juice. On "The Dr. Oz Show," the doctor revealed the results from his show's investigation, which found unsafe levels of arsenic in the juice. The FDA refuted the investigation by saying the show tested the juice incorrectly. The show tested for the total amount of inorganic and organic arsenic while the FDA tests both levels individually to determine food safety
