Take a look at "Dancing with the Stars" pro dancer Lacy Schwimmer then and now and you'd hardly recognize her. Since landing her spot on the feted show, that found their season 13 winner in J.R. Martinez, Schwimmer has reportedly gone under the knife for a breast augmentation, lip enhancement and nose job, according to the UK's Daily Mail. Schwimmer reportedly traded her size B chest for a D cup size.

But Schwimmer's Hollywood transformation hasn't helped her land the coveted "DWTS" Mirror Ball trophy. The blonde bombshell and partner Chaz Bono -- who is no stranger big transformations, himself -- landed in 7th place on the most recent season.
