Nick Jonas Diabetes Dog Tag, Nick Jonas diabetes----Nick Jonas have announced a dog tag for diabetes patients. Nick and Bayer Diabetes Care have announced dog tag as a symbol of support for people with diabetes.

Their aims are to provide young people and their families with the motivation and support they need to help simplify life with diabetes.


Nick Jonas said that every chance they have to get their fans involved is a good thing, it's great to go the shows and see that they are wearing the tags, it lets me know that they are diabetic or just supporting the cause and being aware of diabetes.

There are two versions of the dog tag available: one for people with diabetes with the word ‘diabetes’ on the back and one for people who aren’t aren’t diabetic.
