Kris Humphries sued

Kris Humphries sued, Kim Kardashian's estranged husband Kris Humphries has been hit with a new lawsuit from a California clothing boutique -- over $6,000 in unpaid clothing bills.

Bosses at Scott Hill Bespoke Designs claim they struck a deal with the Brooklyn Nets basketball ace a few years ago and offered to give him a 30 percent discount on all merchandise if he brought at least two of his athlete pals to the store within 12 months.

Now fashion bosses have accused Humphries of reneging on his promise and also failing to pay more than $6,000 in bills.

According to TMZ.com, Hill is suing for $52,000 in damages, plus interest.

The 28-year-old's legal problems are beginning to mount. He is currently locked in a bitter divorce battle with Kardashian and their case is due to go to trial in May.
