Phelps 2016 Olympics: Phelps says there is no chance he will return to Olympics in 2016. If Michael Phelps wanted to, he could return to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio and pad his own records. The 18-time gold medal winner could probably snag a few more if he took the time to train properly, but at this point, he has not given us any reason to believe that is going to happen.
