Now she faces 3 felony charges for identity fraud.According to the criminal complaint obtained by 7 Action News, 26-year-old Shaletta Porterfield, falsified signatures on advertising contracts at a job, where she allegedly called potential clients and signed them up for services they did not want or request.
Police say after a while Porterfield just started picking random victims from a phone book without even calling them. Porterfield told them she did not need the money and was going to pay it back, but she needed her numbers to be up.

She was supposed to compete in the Miss USA pageant next month but resigned after the felony charges.
Her mother still lives here in West Bloomfield Township. 7 Action News left messages with her and Porterfield’s attorney in Wisconsin.
