An employee at the store told police the woman entered the store with a black bag at around 11:24 a.m.
After the suspect knocked a number of boxes off one of the shelves, she fled the scene and set off the security alarm.
The employee chased after the woman and saw her get into a white Chevrolet Tahoe occupied by three older men.
The stolen Rogaine — which is a treatment for male pattern baldness — was estimated to be worth $408.
