Jennifer Aniston cheat day, The former "Friends" star joined SELF Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger to celebrate the launch of "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover," the first book by her longtime friend and yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, on Tuesday at the Soho House in Hollywood. At the event, the actress revealed to People magazine what she craves on a day off from her usual diet, saying "Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation." Clearly a little indulgence here and there isn't doing any damage to that knockout physique!

So how does the 44-year-old Hollywood A-lister stay in such amazing shape? She credits Mandy with being the woman behind her toned gams. "That was always my 'ugh,' my legs," Aniston said, "That's why I credit her for [them] -- with yoga."

The 42-year-old actress looked radiant as she posed for pictures at a photo call promoting her new perfume at a hotel in Mexico City yesterday.

Dressed in a dazzling gold one shouldered dress and nude sandals, the Friends star looked tanned and healthy as she stood in front of a giant picture of herself wrapped in a blanket.

Jennifer is still sporting her shorter lighter hair style which perfectly off-set her pretty, champagne coloured ensemble.

The star released her first official fragrance, which is called Jennifer Aniston, last month.
