 The largest meteorite on earth is Goba, at least one found. It lies in Namibia, near Grotfonteyna on the farm Hoba West Farm. Farmer Jacob Hermanus that Gobu discovered in 1920 and was lucky that this shestidesyatitonny boulder fell on his land 80,000 years ago. During these years the meteorite buried underground, and Jacobus found him stumbling on him his plow. Gobu dug up, but nowhere was taken away, and he lies on a farm gave him a name.
