Lucky Diamond Rich - the most tattooed person in the world. Born in 1971 in New Zealand and is "the most tattooed person in the world" (previously held titut Tom Leppard). But Tom was tattooed 95% of the body. In 2006, Lucky has applied for and was listed in the Guinness Book of Records, as He had tattooed 100%.
