Imogen Thomas 'calls police over Twitter threats'. Imogen Thomas calls in cops over terrifying death threats. Welsh model Imogen Thomas has had to call in cops after she received terrifying death threats following the revelation that footballer Ryan Giggs was the one who had an affair with her.

Thomas, 28, was branded a "home-wrecking slut" in sick messages on Twitter, and sinister so-called "fans" of Man United star Giggs, 37, threatened to kill her and members of her family.

In the tweets, her two-year-old nephew, who was referred to by name, was threatened, and Thomas was warned he will be "shot thru the head".


"I fear my life is in danger. I had to get police involved now they're threatening my nephew. He's the most important thing in my life," the Sun quoted her as telling a friend.

Thomas also begged Giggs, with whom she had a six-month affair he tried to hide, to tell his "supporters" to stop. (ANI)
