Jolie's new tattoo is a tribute to Brad Pitt
Angelina Jolie has confirmed her new tattoo is a tribute to Brad Pitt, after speculation the inking was a sign the pair were adopting a new baby.
The actress was speaking while promoting new flick Kung Fu Panda 2 at the Cannes Film Festival, where she confirmed the latest extension of her piece of body art was a tribute to her long-term partner.
Jolie's left arm features the longitude and latitude of the birthplace of each of her six children, and when a seventh line was added speculation was rife that the 35-year-old was planning to adopt another child.
But a slightly irritated Angelina quashed rumours she and Brad were welcoming another addition to the family when she told an interviewer: 'Well, if they know that it's latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad's birthplace.'
'It doesn't take much investigation to figure that one out. The coordinates are Shawnee, Oklahoma.'
The other six lines pay tribute to Cambodian son Maddox, nine, Vietnamese boy, Pax, seven, Ethiopian daughter Zahara, six, four-year-old Namibia-born biological daughter, Shiloh, and two-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, who were born in France.
