The 42-year-old was almost recognisable from the young actor that rose to fame in cult television show Twin Peaks.
With her pale face and bright red lips, the star was displaying quite a trout pout as she left a liquor store in Los Angeles, California.
The brunette did not appear in the best of moods as she left the liquor store, but her face didn't show any wrinkles or creases.
Boyle was also nursing an injury and was seen wearing a plastic cast on her left leg.
Lara was once the darling of Hollywood and even dated legend Jack Nicholson, but she admitted that she feared getting old.
When she was 32-years-old, she said: 'I know I may be running out of time. There are just not that many roles for older women.'
She added: 'On a vanity level, I am not looking forward to ageing at all - I think I look pretty good now.'
Dr Paul S Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, said: 'Lara Flynn Boyle appears to have had rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, Botox, facial fillers, and possibly a browlift and facelift.'
He continued: 'She should refrain from having any additional procedures and would not benefit from having further work performed at this time.'
