The 37-year-old comedian made the remarks to Kim, 32, and her sisters while they guest hosted late night chat show ‘Chelsea Lately’.
As Russell sat down to talk to the sisters he quipped: “I'm vulnerable to the concept of a KKK threesome.
“But I understand that you are all quite happily in relationships at the moment.”
An embarrassed Kim may have looked away from Russell following the remark but her sister Khloe was more than willing to take the infamously dirty humoured comedian on.
Looking at Kim she joked: "Well, I heard pregnant p***y is the best p***y."
We did say it was a late night comedy show, didn’t we?
Not to be out smutted by a Kardashian sister, Russell then admitted that he wasn’t adverse to the idea of having relations with a pregnant woman.
He said: “That is not necessarily in some cases an unattractive feature.
“I think pregnant women are radiant and beautiful and the idea of lactation is an interesting one.”
Khloe then told Russell that he was currently in a great situation if this really was the case.
She explained: “You have the best of both worlds because Kourtney is lactating and Kim is pregnant.
“I am just like raging waters, I’m just happy over here. You get the best of everything.”
Unfortunately, with the line of decency well and truly crossed, Russell joked that he would love to talk about nothing else other than: “A limitless, foaming river of milk and orgasm.”
Note to the producers, never allow Russell Brand and the Kardashians to share air time again if you want to avoid this sort of content for your show.
